Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19), caused by the severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), has had a significant impact on world’s demographics, resulting in over 6 million deaths globally. COVID-19 been associated with variety of manifestations various organ systems, including kidney disease, addition to pulmonary manifestations. Infection SARS-CoV-2 can not only cause new damage but also make treatment and care more difficult, as well increase mortality people who already have problems. is indeed renal pathologies, such tubular necrosis, proteinuria, hematuria, thrombosis complications. Cytokine storms, hypoxemia, direct viral invasion via angiotensin-converting enzyme cathepsin L, electrolyte imbalance, fever are among pathophysiological mechanisms underlying these clinical symptoms. Over last two years, many vaccines discovered. However, there few case reports AKI, AKD, edema, gross other side effects that necessitated hospitalization after receiving vaccinations. Thus, current review aimed evaluate COVID-19-induced dysfunction terms features, pathogenesis, long-term outcomes, vaccine harms based most up-to-date findings.
